Sewing Frenzy

I have been pretty busy lately sewing simple projects for my kids and friends. I love to sew but with my time being so limited, they have to be quick and easy projects! Last week was picture day at school and
my first grader HAD to have something special made by me in her hair. I'm not much of a 'bow person' so I perused the internet (isn't it lovely!) and found a good tutorial on using ric-rac to make a hair clip. Her style is a bit different than mind (yeah- that whole time factor thing again!!) but I like the results. I used a spare SU button that I had in my stash and ta-dah- it's picture time:)
Of course my 3 year old couldn't be left out so I made her one in purple.
